What is the whistleblower portal?
The purpose of this portal is to confidentially report on allegedly illegal conduct or violations of the Code of Conduct, as well as to report any irregularity, both internal and external, that goes against the interests of the company and its stakeholders.
The Complaint Portal complies with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data and the information collected by this portal is strictly confidential.

All information submitted through this form will be treated with strict confidentiality, in accordance with applicable data protection laws (EU Regulation 2016/679, Organic Law 3/2018, and Law 2/2023).
Your identity and the details of your report will not be shared with third parties, will not be made public, and will not be disclosed to the reported person, unless expressly authorized by you or required by a competent authority.
Reports may be submitted anonymously. If you choose to remain anonymous, please provide a valid email address to receive notifications and follow-up.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number, which you can use to track the status of your case or to send additional information.
